EARS (Ecusta Audio Response System)

When you need to take care of a financial transaction quickly and on own time,  just call EARS. Our audio response system can handle your financial transactions anytime, day or night, whenever it’s most convenient for you. With a touch-tone phone, EARS can perform the following types of transactions:

• Balance inquires
• Transfers within your account
• Loan payments
• Detailed account history including cleared checks, deposits
• And other transactions

Best of all, EARS is a no-cost service if you maintain your calls to eight (8) per month. There will be a $1 fee per call after eight (8) calls in that month.
